- Create an online education destination for customers to provide them with useful information and help them get the most out of Rogers’ services
- Phase 1 launched in Aug 2009, Phase 2 launched in Nov 2009, Phase 3 in progress
- User guide, how to videos, tips, troubleshooting, recommended keyword search
- Panel interview, User satisfaction survey (421 participants) and usability testing (15 users)
- More than two-thirds of respondents (68%) were satisfied (rated 7 or higher), with nearly one-third indicating extreme satisfaction (31%) (rated 9 or 10)
- More than 65% respondents indicated that they will likely return to the site and are likely to recommend the site to someone else (56%)
